Check your email for the shipping confirmation we sent after your order was dispatched. It contains your tracking number.

I don't have a tracking number

Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships (1-3 business days after purchase). Check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, email us at support@shopelevn.com with your order number.

My tracking hasn't updated

Tracking info can take 24-48 hours to update after shipping. During transit between countries, updates may pause for a few days — this is normal. If there's no update for more than 7 days, contact us and we'll investigate.

My order shows delivered but I haven't received it

Please check with neighbours or your building's reception. Sometimes carriers mark as delivered slightly before actual delivery. If you still haven't received it after 24 hours, email us at support@shopelevn.com and we'll resolve it.
