Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging (box and dust bag if applicable)
- You must have your order confirmation email or order number
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or that have been altered are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refunds include the full product price. Original shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange. The process is the same as a return — just let us know what you'd like instead when you email us. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your original item.
If the replacement item has a higher price, we'll send you a payment link for the difference. If it's lower, we'll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items that have been worn or show signs of use
- Items not in their original packaging
- Gift cards
